Right, so here you go - our first blog! Currently sat in hostel with Dom watching the superbowl so thought I would make myself useful.

I really can't write in detail the last 2 and a bit weeks - you can see our stops, and we've more or less stuck to them, although have had to change plans due to snow. (Texas are even worse than dealing with 1cm of snow than we are - apparently on Thursday night they had twice the annual amount fall!)

Anyways I shall keep this short and sweet and provide you with come interesting facts and highlights;

Obviously NYC - basically how you'd imagine it to be

Niagara Falls - water was falling onto thick snow on the river, will upload photos. Minus 18 degrees!

Chicago was fab but pricey - Sears Tower was pretty scary when it came to standing on the glass panel, seeing however many feet below you

Drinking beer in Beale Street

Terrential rain in New Orleans - probably a minor hurricane...

Holocaust Museum in Houston

We have been to 3, yes 3! art galleries

So far we have managed to eat in MacDonalds, Subway, Wendys, Popeyes Chicken (like KFC), Jack in the Box and Taco Bell. Food is literally half the price and double the portion.

Today we went to the dodgiest buffet EVER and I think I ate horse.

We have kept underbudget, WOOP

It feels a bit rushed and we are spending a lot of time on Greyhound buses, but so far so good!
