Weaver Bird nests
Love these birds. The male makes a next hanging like this so snakes and mongooses etc cannot get out to branches. The female birds then check out the nests the males make. If they like, they stay and eggs are fertilized by that male. If they don't like it - they literally trash it to the ground. This way, poor house makers genes don't pass on. They are known as 'losers'. What a system!
