It's only been a week in Thailand. We have done so much already! We stayed in Bangkok for one night because our flight got in late, and that was enough for us. There is way too much sex tourism. We took a flight to North Thailand, Chiang Mai. Got in and used up every minute we got to fit everything in. We went to a 4 course cooking class. We made Pad Thai, Spring Rolls, Papaya Salad, Curry Paste, Curry Chicken with the paste, and Chicken Cashew. It was delish! ...

After 22 hours of traveling. We finally arrived in Bangkok. We are not wasting time! It's currently 12:20 am and we are catching the 8:30 am train to Chiang Mai. That will be a 15 hour ride :(. Talk soon.

We are almost a week away from our long awaited backpacking trip to Thailand!!! I have been making a checklist for what to pack for almost a month now. I am very close to being done packing. I feel like I'm packing way too much and not enough at the same time. Hopefully there will be enough room to shop along the way. Follow this blog so we can share our journey with you! :) Can't wait!
