Tuesday 26th March Overnight we have sailed to Port Kelang in Malaysia. We took a coach transfer to Kuala Lumpar which took about 90 minutes and we had just under 5 hours to explore the city. Monday 25th March Today we are in the port that Russ (Dad/Grandad) has been waiting for - Singapore. It is about ten years since he was last here and he has noticed some changes. Saturday 23rd March Overnight we have sailed from mainland Thailand to the Thai island of Koh Samui. We are anchored just off the island and so went ashore by tender boats. We had some local tender boats which were bigger to help get everyone ashore quickly. We went on a short tour today to see a few places on the island. Friday 22nd March We arrived this morning at the port of Laem Chabang inThailand. It was a two and a half hour journey from there into Bangkok through all the traffic. Out of the coach windows we saw lots of temples and coconut plantations. Wednesday 20th March Overnight we have sailed further south along the Vietnamese coast to the port of Phu My. This is a commercial port and we are here so we can travel over to Ho Chi Minh City. The coach took two hours to get to the city but is was interesting to see the stalls and small shops that lined the road on the way.
