The Samsung Pavilion was an impressive metallic object with very large crowds. I was again able to use my press pass to zip to the front. An english speaking representative came over to give me a tour. The outside attendants were dressed in sailor uniforms and caps. LOTTE was one of the more enjoyable pavilions. For those of you not familiar with Lotte they own movie theatres, department stores, apartment buildings, grocery stores, and packaged food manufacturers. I almost walked by this pavilion I didnt even notice it was there Sandwiched between the prominent LOTTE and LG Pavilions there is forest art sculpture hiding the GS Caltex Pavilion. The Posco Pavilion had an interesting floating iceberg design. To enter there is an escalator that leads inside the building. There is then a second floor exhibition hall. This leads into a circular movie theatre. A short film is played on the 360 degree wraparound screen. The movie is not stationary and will circle around the screen in a full compass turn.
