This weekend was a holiday with monday off so we had a three day weekend. There was a big sand festival going on at Busan's Haeundae beach so I organized a group of about a dozen of us to head over for saturday, and island cruising the following sunday. This weekend four of us headed to the Ulsan Whale Festival. Ulsan is on the coast just north of Busan and east of Gyeongju. They have opened a new high speed KTX station in Uslan which would have got us there in 45 mins instead of the 90 min bus.
