Back home in Toronto I used to do lots of biking along the Lakeshore trail which ran for about 30kms. Moving into my new neighbourhood I was having a hard time finding a men's barber. Ladies salons are easy to find and as numerous as bus stops on almost every block. But a men's barber is difficult to find. There was a good one in my old neighbourhood that knew how to cut my hair, but now he's a bus ride or 25 mins by bike, and he keeps random hours so I dont want to make a special trip to find he's closed. Two things I love eating are bread and pizza. I'm quite lucky that in my new neighbourhood I'm spoilt for choices with both bakeries and pizza restaurants all less than a10 minute walk. Saturday a friend of mine was getting married at the Seoul Mosque. He was marrying a Korean Muslim convert so with mixed marriages its always interesting to see the joint influences at the wedding.
