OK - enough is enough!! I am going to HAVE to remove the screensaver of your delightful photographs. You cannot believe what torture it is to sit in front of them day in day out whilst the news blasts out each day yet more doom and gloom, the weather is greyer by the day and yes, it really is now dark at 3pm!!

All I can say is you have made the most amazing choice to leave this country and hats off to you for going ahead and doing it. You look to be having the time of your lives and I wish it all continues for the rest of the tour. I will not give you any of the sordid details about what life is like here - it really is grim so will just leave you with my very best wishes for the most wondrous of Christmases and hope that your travels continue to amaze you and us in the New Year!

Looks like you are having a fantastic time, keep up the good work with the blog & phots, it's bought back some happy memories for me & Bec of Thailand & it was good to get a mention in despatches- looks like the beds on your trek were a lot more luxurious than on ours - we were on the bare floorboards!!

Nothing changes here, weather very cold (snow up North I think), WBA still bottom of the premiership...Been to some great gigs though, Kings of Leon & the Kooks ( Bec says she hopes you're doing the cd again this year David!).

Hello dave and ann we love the photo they are great. We had an adventure of our own on thursday morning between 3.30am 4.45am at home and in the kitchen. we had a baby boy at 4.40am weight 7lb 9oz which was deliver by his nanny on the kitchen floor. we've named him jamie oliver. only joking we've named isaac stephen draper. we are all doing well but hear goes them slep less night.. looking forward to hear from you soon and seeing more pic and many...... more......love from wayne tam livs and isaac

Just spent a while catching up on your latest adventures. Good to see that you are somewhere warm now - you look perishing in some of the photos in Japan!!

Glad you have got Christmas sorted out - I guess it will be nice to kick back and relax on the beach for a few days - you've been soooo busy.

All is well here - its a beautiful cold, frosty November day here today and I am gearing up for Christmas - went into Leeds yesterday - was awful but definitely not as busy as some of the places you've been to.
