walking to the beach. OK I'm no diver so I spent the 2 days chilling out on the beach. Roatan suffers from sandflies and allegedley the best prevention is to smear yourself with baby oil. The only problem is that this product also augments the slow frying of one's skin in the sun. Needless to say there were lots of nasty red patches appearing on people over the next few days.
