Oh yes we have hit rainy season and don't we know it! We had been in the site approx 5 minutes when the heavens opened with avengeance. Fortunately we were ushered into a manmade tunnel for shelter - hence the photo. This tunnel leads to a network of tunnels which were created to allow the archaeologists access to the structures of the other 5 civilisations of Mayans who lived on this site which can be found under the existing buildings.
