this has an interesting, if not slightly-embarrassing-for-Russia story. they made it a few years back as a gift for S America, but they thought it was crap and didnt want it. its supposed to be Chris Columbos. So Russia decided to pretend it was Peter the Great (some Russian guy) and stick it in Moscow. they hate it too apparently lol
