hya Nan and Grumps

Just wanted to say 'Happy Birthday' Nan asI don't know when you will pick this up! Mummy and Daddy will put some more photo's of me on soon. I now weigh 11lb and I have two chins according to my Dad. I am a happy baby some of the time but I want to be bigger so get fed up with not being able to do things. I do enjoy baby club and have made friends with Grace, Emily, Florence, Noah and Henry, we have fun playing on the mat while our mummies have a cup of tea. I didn't like Baby yoga though. Way too quiet for me so I made it livlier by making lots of noise which I think annoyed everyone!

Have a brilliant birthday Nan and can't wait to see you both when you return from your travels.

Hey both

It sounds so amazing! Trust you two to be the most active members of the group....no suprise there, but with all those amazing things to do don't blame you! Sea horses must have been a pretty special moment eh? Its sounds like you are having a great combination of dramatic scenery and tropical beaches. Its all so fantastic isn't it? I know the awful weather gets you down sometimes but often your best stories come from the unexpected downpours so bare in mind when in the middle of them!

We are fine! Cerys is now 6 weeks, god where does time go? She's starting to laugh and smile more and its so lovely. We went on a road trip to Swansea yesterday....long story but involved a surf board!!! Cerys was fine and slept most of the day apart from to wake up for feeds so it has done us good to realise that long journeys shouldn't be too much of a problem! We came via Minehead and Watchet......remember that holiday.....me and Ian hated it cos it rained none stop! But its actually quite pretty and we had a picnic at Watchet harbour. today we went for a walk at Baggy point, which was lovely! We do have to pinch ourselves living here, its really beautiful, even saw a dolphin in the sea today! Tomorrow I am taking Cerys to her first Baby Yoga class!!!! Should be interesting eh? God knows what she'll be doing but its supposed to make them sleep better and its exercise for me too! She has already joined baby club and Bosom buddies (breast feeding group) and seems to like lying on the mat with the other babies. Very cute and nice for me to have a cuppa and a chat with other mummies!

Carry on having a fabulous time and we want to hear every little story when you get back. Just think of the stories you'll have for Cerys and I hope your working on some Hoppity and Fluff tales for when you return!

hiya sir, according to your blogs you are havin a fantastic time, i hope you and your wife are well. School aint that bad, i have had a gliche this week...but i got help from mrs wells and mr o'dell, thank god for them lol, its so weird because i have just realised we would of left before you come back...i know it was blonde of me but ya no how i am sir. well zara seems fine she seems to spend all her time down at reception and the rest of the nuttas are alright, for some reason i have got to know kimberly caulkin...she is a really nice person, i didnt know about her mom though its a shame it couldnt happen to a nicer person could it....oh well i'll let you get back to your brilliant holiday that i am soooooo jealous of =[

It all sounds so fantastic!!! I knew you would find the trek easy....told you! You are fitter than most of those gap year students put together aren't you? Brings back so many memories of endless games of S***head, drinking games and then of course the amazing experiences and views in the day. Its the cultural experiences that really get to you, I can fully appreciate the commentary on Hanoi and the madness of it all! So sureal and entertaining isn't it!

All great here, hope you like the photo's? Cerys is changing all the time, she's now 9lb 12oz and quite a chunky little thing with two chins!!! Mothers day was great and we went to see our friends who have just had a little girl, so Cerys has a ready made playmate! Today was very special and she smiled properly for the first time! Full blown grin! Lovely to get some interaction with her.

Keep on with the updates and I can transform myself away on your adventures!

Hello Both,

Great to hear your news, sounds so exciting although I am not sure how I would cope with out running hot water, flushing toilets, etc etc. I enjoy my home comforts too much. You are not missing much, artic winds have hit the UK and we had a scattering of snow this am with a promise of more to come -so lets hope we have 3 feet!!!!. It is rather nippy to say the least.  Keep sending the updates its great reading.
