Lonely Planet advised having breakfast in Cafe El Cafeto because it served 100% organic Ecuadorian coffee so we decided to give it a try. There were a lot of locals in a the high ceilinged cafe who were either eating or ordering breakfast, which gave us a good feeling about the place.
