Glad to hear the car is fixed, hope it wasn't TOO expensive! Back to work and nothing much to report here. Mammar was thrilled to hear from you. Just shows how much you are missed though school camp has been cancelled this year, we just can't manage without you Dave. It is interview day for the new Head tomorrow so you may (not tempting fate) come back to find Helen is no longer Deputy! Will keep you posted. Sorry about the lack of messages, just had extremely busy time at work - no lunch hours to send messages! Lovely to talk on the phone and read the very interesting journals. You've certainly seen some wonderful sights. Not much of interest to tell you. Jonathan's band had a very successful gig on Friday at the Town Hall and they had to do several encores!Anna and Dave came over yesterday to see if the United Reformed Church was a suitable venue for their wedding and it was! Hello Everyone! Just to let you know, the car is fixed and we are back on our way to Sydney. We will be there in a few days after a brief stop at Canberra...you might have to wait a bit longer for another journal entry though, since we have spent the past week waiting for the car to be fixed, and therefore have not done a lot!! Wonderful to hear from you at the weekend. Dad had a lovely birthday, the card was great, I know how she feels! We had a great time in Yorkshire but the weekend was over so quickly!
