After a quick stop in Lisbon we finally made it to Lagos. I hadn't really heard a great deal about Lagos but Lachie insisted we stay there for a couple of days. All right, so we originally planned on staying in Madrid for 4 days but this heat is unbearable. Today it reached 40 degrees and there is no where to escape so we have decided to head South towards the beach!We will be taking an overnight train to Lisbon in Portugal and then making our way down to Lagos. Have heard amazing things about the city and the beaches so we will have to see it for ourselves!

Driving to San Sebastian from Barcelona and we managed to turn a 7 hour drive into a 12 hour drive! San Seb is beautiful. Our hostel looks over the beach and and gives you a lovely view of the city. 5 flights, 27 hours later and we have finally made it to Croatia. Spent a few hours in Munich which was amazing. In those few hours we managed to see sunshine, clouds, rain and then sunshine again which apparently is quite normal in Munich! Besides the rain it was nice to finally stretch our legs after the long flight.
