Back to Katherine to fix the trailer light connection, and wait for the weekend to watch the AFL Grand Final, before heading west. 4 nights at another Big 4, which again is all about having a pool. We arrived nice and early from Litchfield and had first choice for the perfect camp spot. Haha, not until the next morning did we realize we chose a spot right under a huge yellow flower dropping tree, at least we had shade. Girls were quick to find some new friends (they'd been on the road for 3 years!) Spent a morning at Edith Falls, had a swim and spotted a snake. Girls found new painted 'NT rocks' for their collection. More wallabies, tree frogs, a possum, an owl and kookaburras were added to the animal spottting list. A bit of shopping and lots of swimming made a nice stop in Katherine.
