And another gold in the show jumping! Bolt won the 100m. Cycling womens pursuit last 6 races have smashed the world record every time! 2x in one afternoon.
Mens footy out on pens! Peiteson smashes one of the great 100's although going to be a draw. STFC still only one keeper. COYR 18 golds out of 39 medals. But hey all pales next to those mountains!

.....forgot to say that Andy Murray wongold in the Men's Singles at Wimbledon beating Roger Federer and then got a Silver with Laura Robson in the Mixed Doubles.

Golds = 16; Silver = 11 and Bronze 10 as of last night (Sunday). A slow start but now 3rd in the over all medal table behind China !!! and USA. Includes 9 Golds in the Canoeing, 3 Golds in Athletics on Saturday night Women's Pentathlon, Men's Long Jump and Men's 10,000 metres and a Silver in the Women's 400 metres. 1 Gold and 1 Bronze in the Sailing, At least 3 Golds, 2 Silvers and a Bronze for the cyclists. There has also been a Silver and 2 Bronze medals in Gymnastics. Unfortunately both football teams have fallen by the wayside but still did well to get through the group stages. Can't think of what the others are at the moment. Hopefully there will be more by the end of the day. with love to you both.

We took Barbara's advice and had a Chinese massage last night. We had foot massages in this family's front room as we saw for 30mins it was only £3. Weird experience. They all sat watching the Olympics whilst it happened, having a loud and seemingly funny chat and then they started doing massages on the legs as well including knee caps! Danny drew the short straw as he had a rough masseuse who was literally punching his feet and legs whilst he gripped onto his seat for dear life. The expression on his face was priceless! I'm not sure that "resting" is for us!!

Also, although we didn't have any centipedes, we did try a starfish the other day and it was seriously weird! It tasted of 100% fish and ocean. Surprisingly Sarah seemed to enjoy it! x
