Hi Guys!
It sounds like you are having a fantastic time out there - pity about the skydive.
Nothing much happening my way - really busy at work and now the cold weather has set in and the nights have drawn in - yuck!
I am acting like a big kid though and have started to buy lots of christmas decorations already. I'm loving it!
Your making me very envious so Pete and I are trying to decide were to go on our hols in March - I think it will be either Cuba or Thiland. I miss the sun :-(
Can't wait to here about your next adventure - keep us posted.
Lot's of love and hugs

hiya
thanks for the postcard, NZ does sound nice, very relaxing if a bit eggy! I know the smell, it was like that at Vesuvius, you can't get it out of your nose for ages!
we took Charley to see the local firework display, with the neighbours and their little girl, they loved it, enormous eyes and such a lot of shrieking! we took mulled wine and tomato soup, always tastes better out of a flask in the outdoors.
bit of drama (as always here) Alfie is allergic to eggs, I gave him a nice dinner of mash, cheese and scrambled eggs and he loved it. but then went bright red and very whingey and I knew straight away so got a taxi to A+E. he vomed all over me (you can imagine the smell, got to be worse than sulphur fumes) but I was seen right away and he responded well to medication thank goodness. so now I have to be neurotic mum, he won't be able to eat cake at parties, how sad is that? I thought allergies were something other peoples children got.
will keep you posted with the more interesting snippets of family life... (must say the goth do sounds much more fun, I must be going wrong somewhere!!!)
Kx
PS wedding plans afoot, going to see TK village hall, pencil in sun 26th aug...

Hi there, just had an e-mail back from liams mum, she lives in Palmerston North which is nearer to wellington than auckland, she says you woud be very welcome to stay if you are that end of town!
Apparently it rained a lot since her daughter katie came over and that it is really unusual, still its been quite sunny and warm here!!!
But i still would like to be there instead of here!!!...put some photos on soon so we can see where youve been.
this is liams mums address
her name is Jeannie Wright (not sure if you knew that) and shes working at the Massey University there.

Hi Guys
New York and Fiji sound fantastic (except for the burnt out car and paramedics!). I have to say I am green with envy!
I can't believe you stayed where love island was filmed - did you see any stray B-list celebrities around?
I am glad you like the Verandahs too - it's a wicked hostel, especially with the view of the tower at night. Can't wait to see a pic of your camper van when you pick it up.
Hope the weather warms up for you. Keep updating us about your adventures - and more pics!!
Hugs

Hiya
Good to hear from you, sounds like you've seen a lot already!
Rich and Dave have been moving the fence at the front today, while Mum came to one of Charleys friends birthday party at Marsh Farm which was nice. Alfie is crawling now and a little rascal, but is so good at eating and sleeping I can't complain. Both kids have the obligatory seasonal cold (which I expect will last until May) but otherwise we're doing OK. Charley is busy writing her Christmas list!
until next time

Hiya
sounds like you're having fun, I guess by the time you read this you'll be in NZ having relaxed in fiji, lucky things.
nothing to report from here, weathers been surprisingly warm but today wasn't so lucky and got a soaking on the school run. lovely. have to go back in an hour and still raining so am going to wear Rich's bright orange enormous all weather coat, picture that as I picture you sunning yourselves and leisurely exploring!!! oh, have had hair cut, just below shoulders, layers and moved my parting to side, so am wearing it down more. quite daring and brave I think, xxx missing you :-) take care, K xxx
