After a reasonably warm night we woke to a beautiful day which was going to have a top of 25 degs. We made our way down into Parikia & started with a simple breakfast at a bakery. We packed early & ate the last of the food in the house. Our bags were in the car by our checkout time of 10am & we went to return the keys. The owner said we could stay until 1pm if we liked so we took her up on the offer as the ferry didn't leave until 3.30pm. A pretty relaxed day today owing to the fact it was crappy weather. We did go in to Fira again, this time to see the 2 museums that housed the finds from ancient Akrotiri. Then we had a nice big lunch in Exo Gonia which involved the other 3 drinking quite a bit of Ouzo & wine. After breakfast Jac & I headed in to Fira to organise ferries & our car. We have a car for our whole time in the islands & Athens but as we have learnt there is no way to get it from Paros to Mykonos. So after much rearranging we are dropping it in Santorini when we leave. They will give us another in Mykonos so we just have to organise something in Paros. The sun was shining as we rose today. Yep it was going to be beautiful again. After cooking some eggs we all sat out on the deck getting some rays & taking in the view as I dangled my feet in the pool.
