Crew Frivolous
Our heads and hearts are full of mixed emotions this morning. This was supposed to be another incredible 82cape adventure with the 8 of us, but instead, we are leaving as a crew of 4.
We met at Trafalgar at 9am on a typical winter’s morning. Cold, wet and miserable.
Our first stop for the trip was Bendigo for a bite to eat. An hour and a half later after taking some touristy pics, having a meal and a couple of beers at the Shamrock Hotel we made tracks again. This time to Mildura where we were spending the night at Helen (Wendy’s mum) & Johhny’s. They were very welcoming and had cooked us all a lovely roast lamb and a home made apple pie that we all just HAD to eat. Delicious!! We sat around and had a couple of glasses of wine before heading off to bed about 10:30pm
