Another 250 miles on and into a new time zone we have arrived in Santa Fe. 2500m above sea level it's used as a second home in the mountains for wealthy Americans. The highest quality shopping I have ever seen. Do not bring your wife or daughter here!!

Can't believe it. As you can see , we found Alan's old vehicle he owned in the seventies......Heading for Santa Fe tomorrow . Heard it's pretty cool. Adios from dusty old Texas.

Drove 200 miles in a straight line through dust storms across barren wasteland into Texas. Amarillo is like Freeport dropped into the middle of the desert ! Went to the Route 66 museum on the way. Standby for pics. Paul King, for King and Co , somewhere in the middle of the bloody desert...
