If you look at one of the ladies she has a large red mark on her forehead - this is their way of curing a headache. They light an buffalo horn and place in onto the forehead for 10 minutes. Apparently it is very painful, but does get rid of headaches! Some women we saw had up to 3 red circles. Ouch!
