Bia Hoi is available all over Vietnam but is the general term for 'locally brewed beer'. Its tastes really light and fresh because its not got any preservatives or chemicals so it actually only really lasts about 24 hours befor its drunk. It also obviously doesn't have any packaging so you either get it from these massive cuboid kegs on the street that they put a load of ice in to get cold, or like in this picture, they jump on a scooter to the nearest keg and bring you back four 2 litre water bottles full of it.
