For those who aren't aware, this is a covered street in Vegas where at 830, 9, 930 and 10 each night (i think), over 12 million LEDs put on a show on the roof above. So we stopped off to check it out, lying on the ground looking up with a beer as people just wandered around, pretty weird experience!
