In the next part of our journey we arrived in Saigon at the ridiculous time of 4.30am but we wandered around the opening markets seeing all the meat being cut and live fish which was exactly what we needed at that time in the morning. We've been in Vietnam for 5 days so far, but it feels like weeks!
