Unfortunately there is not much to tell you today. It's been drive drive drive! Although we did make the most of the time we had outside of the van! We had lunch included today which normally includes bread and meats or spreads to make sandwiches but today our guide decided to buy us all a subway! So I really enjoyed that stop!
Once we got to San Antonio, stepping out of the van was like stepping into an oven! We set up our tent as quick as possible and got into the slow flowing river to cool down! The rocks were very slippery and the water was cold! It felt great but the increasing number of vultures hovering over head was deeply concerning!
I spent a short while in the water before getting out and showering in the cold outdoor shower! I then did some more exercises before the tea, decided to play a game of baseball! It was really fun and nice to experience what I'm going to class as American culture! Once the deeply competing game finished as a draw, we then went to cooking dinner and enjoying more American culture by cooking s'mores!
