Started this day off right! I had breakfast with my sister Amelia and her husband Raul. I can't believe they have been married 43 years! Hearty serving of Barbacoa de Cabeza on corn tortillas! Now traditionally this is a beef head that is cooked in a hole in the ground over several hours. I don't know how it is done these days but damn that is good eating.
