Great to hear from you all. Well the time has come for us to leave Surfers and make tracks. We moved out of our apartment on Friday, and staying with Matt and Sam until Monday when we shall be heading North up the coast.

Mum, Thats so funny about William-good on him! I wonder if he had a sneaky peek to see what she carries in there! Glad to hear everyone ok. Sorry bout Beryl, its very sad news. I got the whole boaty joke, I just panicked and then started to question myself as to whether I was actually right with the dates. I generally dont even know what day of the week it is! Will definately call soon, just waiting until we hit the road again - in our BROWN car, wait till you see it haha!!love you lots xxx

H E L L O - u 2! Hope all really good with both of you. In one way it's been the longest year of my life, in other ways it has gone quite quickly, if that makes sense? I know for you both you'll be desperate for it all to slowdown right now. We had a very difficult visit to Bournemouth last week - end.All we can do is be supportive and see Beryl gets the best nursing care and care from all of us we can possible give her. Everything else going really good.Gran excited and happy (sent the balance for her place this week) she can't wait to go. It's along time siince I've seen her as good and with a bounce in her step. Mal's been working too hard really but he's coping very well. I'm still working with Marcus he's hilarious, all good fun. Your cousin William was at Royal Ascot sat behind the Queen in her carriage he was on duty and u actually saw him alot on TV close up,he hands the Queen her handbag!!!!! recorded it for u, cos I know u'll luv all the fashion, hats dresses etc. He loves working for her and has already been promoted (quite unsual at his age apparently). U can image Grans reaction.........

Hi 2u both and hope your both very well. We no you'll have made lots of friends and had the party atmosphere while you've been there so we want to hear all about it when you get home. You will probably want to go back but at least we'll have you back till you save up again. I've just sorned the orion cause i was going to sell it but i'm now going to keep it in case you need some wheels when you get back at least it's a car thats reliable, you can always wear a disguise and miss bean can duck down going thro' town ha! ha!. Been hearing news that lots of rain has landed in Sydney area and up your way and floods abound so hope your not getting tsunamied. Ryan & Laura wedding was very good and the food and venue in Harrogate was lovely jubbly, we all had a great time. So thats one wedding down and 2 to go. Lee hope our making a start on your speech as best man for little soldier (I don't think he likes that) tough tho' I'm his dad. Anyway you2 take very good care and stay sensible, loads and loads of love to you from us all. Just heard that Dr's have identified a food that can cause lots of grief & suffering years after it's been eaten........It's called wedding cake. xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Im confused- its not your b'day until July? But yeah, i'll have it shipped out to France for you!haha - that'll be the day hey? Were both great, just booked our flights, where has the year gone? Not over yet though :) Had a busy wkend, went to a cabaret dinner called draculas, was awesome, then went to the casino, Matt won some money so we got a limo to town - a right laff, because it wasnt planned. Yesterday, we cooked a huge Sunday lunch, roast beef, gravy mash, yorkies - the works, was amazing apart from it was a monday! Smilz was off work cos it was queenies b'day-they know how to wing the holidays out here! Well hope you have fun in France

Cha- Viewed latest photos, is the amazing "SHA" boat for my birthday??? Thought u weren't doing birthdays this year wot a terrific pressie - THANKS can't wait to sail her!!!!!

All fine here, not so good with Beryl, she could previously be hoisted into a chair some of the time(prior to this second stroke) now her mobility is nil. It's just an existence for her at the mo, unable to move or do anything for herself. Next Fri I'm picking Gran up from N'cstle airport taking her home then drive to Bournemouth 2 c Beryl, we'll see what's what then, nothing else we can do at mo.

It's a glorious day here today so plan todo some external painting. Been working with Marcus this week, he's going great guns. Decided to fly back out 2 France 16th July (Mal n I taking gran 2 c her new pad) all very exciting.Well I can't e-mail u at mo hence all m'sges 2 u on this board. Thats terrible news about Beryl, very sorry to hearx Well im gonna be very sad to leave here, we have loads of friends now and have massive fun as theres so much to do, hanging out in ferraris aint too bad either haha! But heyho everything comes to an end at some point :(, just glad theres loads to look forward to when we get back.

I promise i'll call when we hit the road again, which will be a couple of weeks now, it is going so fast!

Hi Cha/Lee - I bet it's panic time (re- time flying over too quickly). Don't forget wot I said re-Thai land n Mal's cousin if u wish to make contact that is. From our point of view WE CAN'T WAIT TO C U BOTH. It wos good to speak to you the other day tho' sorry it was so brief. We had an amazing time in France thanks. As I explained we found a place for Gran it's approx 4km from us. The deposit is now paid and all proceeding it's absolutely ideal close to every amenity she could poss need. Gran hasn't seen it yet but we've shown her a video (she cried she was that happy) We've had confirmation initial monies have transferred ok,so that's excellent. You'll love it !staggering distance of good social life, bars, restaurants beaches etc. (Hope Gran won't be on the town all the time). I took Gran 2 N'cste airport 6.45am yesterday,she's gone 2 Bulagaria 4 2wks. All going well with us but I do miss u lots. Will call u soon. Take good care both!!! Much luv always Mum n Mal x x x

Hi Cha/Lee - Will try and phone u today but incase I'm not able to get in touch I need to update u. Hope u are both still storming along. We've had a bit of upset/set back Beryl has had another stroke. We are all concerned but she is a fighter and they say she is trying very hard. Our plans have now changed in that we will go to Bournemouth early 2mo till Mon p.m then assuming things are looking stable there we will travel back up to airport and fly Tues. I will definately try my hardest to speak to you. This has knocked us all sideways as she was doing so well we've been told this weekend is crucial for assessing her chances of any improvement, fingers crossed. On a happier note we are all really well, (Gran's fine too). I've been helping Marcus (remember Marcus?) with his estate agency and we've had a great laugh - will be carrying on more when I get back. So hopefully speak very soon, obviously plans may have to change again but if they don't we'll be back on the30th. We think of u both lots and send u all our luv. Hi Cha/Lee. Great to get your message. We're all really good. Going back to France next week, as always really looking forward to it. We're not doing any significant work this time but having a leisurely break. It would appear that your hotmail address has a block on it to prevent u receiving the photos have tried numerous times to re-send. Any suggestions? It might just be the size of them it doesn't like. Miss u an aweful lot I'm always greatly uplifted when I've spoken to you, you are both so happy. Jan n Mike completed last Friday on their house sale and have now fully moved to France - Mike will start their build soon, we will obviously still see a lot of them but it is about 4hrs to what will be their new home to ours over there, they'll come and stay tho' when we are there. This house is coming along really well now,done alot of work on it.Won't be too long now till we see u, it'll be so exciting can't wait!!! Well will cal u this week before we go away. Hi to you both, today is Sunday and its an all right day cause it was supposed to be weeing it down, maybe it will who knows who cares. Anyway me and Paul were going out on the bikes yesterday but his had a problem so I took him on back of mine to Teasdales in Thisrk to get a new bit. It was only a nut he needed but typical you could buy anything from a full exhaust to a new engine but a NUT nay they have to order that.  I'm going to do one of my best full english brekkies I need the practice cause we haven;t had many since you been away but I'm building the skills up for when your both HOME again. We had Loulabell staying last week with the little soldiers i.e General Lewis cause he's always got something to say and Sapper Reece cause he say's nowt, it was good to have them here. Mum's in the garden trying to force more plants she bought into spaces that are full and blasting out UB40 from the kitchen. Nan has not been keeping to good but were getting her sorted out  and they're always asking how your doing. That's about all for now hope you two are well and keeping the slurps to a minimum (charlene). Karen was well chuffed with the clothes for the boys from Hooters.  Anyway were all wanting time to pass quickly till your home, take very good care, if you need owt you just need to ring.
