So, first blog, here goes...

I've left home for just over a week! However, it feel like a month! Have had the busiest week of my life and so, so tiring, but it is amazing and worth all the travelling and time waiting for transport!

My journey out was a long one, to save a but of money I flew to Dubai, where I had an eight hour wait! It was one of the weirdest experiences of my life. Dubai airport was gorgeous. Though I was the only white person in the terminal, which meant everyone was starring- so that was a bit strange! After a bit of a nap I met with three others that I would then fly to Bangkok with.

Bangkok was everything I expected it to be! Very busy and hot and sweaty! You can imagine what the driving on the roads is like... most of the time, feeling like I may die?! After settling into the hostel I met with my group which I would spend my first week of travelling with. Off we went to dinner and I had a very enjoyable first Thai meal! After a little adventure down the Koh San Road (tourist/backpackers heaven) and visiting a awesome bar with live music, I was straight to sleep that night!

On the Saturday, it was the first day of adventures! We started the day with a boat trip down the river and stopped off at some Temples, which were so beautiful and blinging! Got back to the hostel in a very cool Tuk Tuk!

Got to board my flight now, will update some more soon!
