Happy Australia Day!!

It was Burns Night here, Wednesday Jan 25th, naturally we all had haggis & tonight Fraser is returning to finish it off, God rest his sole, it was a lot of Haggis we prepared. still those quaint customs are probably not witnessed in Oz.
Sunburn then, keep covered but you have done well escaping the piercing rays up until now.
Its been bloody chilly here, compared to you sunshine softies in Oz and even those in California.
Kendal is settling in, appartment hunting, work orientationand / staring up on all the needs when living in a new country.
As you can see we rise early in Blighty,have had a busy week this week & out again shortly & out at 6.30 am tomorrow, how exciting can it get. Keep taking it all in its a great experience that you are tackling, Regards to you both, steffen

Hi Dan it is really freezing here, so just had a look at your water fight photos to make me feel a bit warmer! (I didn't know that Dave had such a big one!!) (Hose I mean!!!) Posted a parcel from me and mum last week so hope you get that soon, and also sent a card and note today. Hope you find yourselves a job soon. How did you manage to get sunburn???? I thought you knew all the rules remember SLIP SLAP SLOP!!! I bet it was the water fight that did it! Am having moley MOT'd tomorrow and big Dave Bond is doing it for me. I expect the invoice will be made out to "Daneia's auntie sue" . Ken kindly bought me a CD player for moley for Xmas and fitted it for me yesterday, which was very kind, and its really cool plus its got pretty lights on it so I'm well chuffed, and now I'll be able to nick c.d's off you to play in the car as well! Hey Dan & Chan! Dan - I got your e-mail and took the hint! So how are you both? I am so jealous of you spening Christmas on the beach in the sunshine! However there is no way I could share my room with a spider that size! Chan, I hope you are well and truly over your chicken pox now. It's such a shame you couldn't come to my wedding!
