Carlita!
I'm writing this right now on the phone with you! (who says men can't multi-task ) Thanks for letting me know about this message board, I didn't even realize I could post on this before you told me today! I will say that I have read all of your blogs, keep them coming. I agree with everyone on here that you are a very special person and set an example for how people should treat one another in todays global climate, we need more ambassadors like you and your fellow volunteers instead of politicians. I'm know the people that you work with in Peru will be touched by your generosity, warmth and caring which I experience whenever I look into those beautifully expressive eyes and warm smile of yours!
Be safe and I'm always thinking about you!
Love,
Robito xoxo

Cousin Claire
Dear Cousin,
I don't know if you even remember me but I am also truly amazed by what you are doing in Peru. I believe your father is correct in saying that there is definitely a place for you in heaven. I think if my father had known what you were doing, he too would have been very proud of you.
Stay safe and watch out for those Latin men!!!!

My dearest Carlita,
There will be a place for you in heaven for your incredible humanitarian work. Not many people I know would get so excited about working with the infirmed and dying. You are a special person Carlita, and I am sure the people of Peru will be better now that you are there. Who says one person can't make a difference!
The family is very proud of you and your work. We all love and miss you.
