We had anchored overnight in Mõntu on our way up to Abruka, a small island off the larger Estonian islands. There is only one other visiting yacht here, another rally yacht. I think we can claim this as another new country that we have sailing into, although it's only a passage anchorage in the lee of a fishing jetty our anchor is down, we will be moving on in the morning to a harbour 23 nm up the coast. We could have carried on today but we were in a constant F 6 gusting 7 all day and on checking the instruments we even had a full gale gust F 8 at one point.
