1770, much more interesting then agnes water ( as u can tell cos I hardly said anything bout it ) Has a small monument to mark where captain cook landed here in 1770 (hence the name der!). Although there is not much to say that he landed here, the town sure has milked it! Everything is named after him, his boat and the year! Apart from that it's a nice place to fish, para surf, swim and explore.

What's the best way to describe the road from rocky to agnes??? Road works and crosses to mark fatality :( Agnes water , nice beach, nice town but I hate ppl so too touristy for me. Oh and u can surf here too!

The journey to Melbourne has began and the first stop is Rockhampton .... It rained for most of the day between Bowen and rocky and not to mention the road works :/ We are only staying one night here at the country comfort, on arrival I was handed a 150ml carton of milk that feels like its only got 50mls in it! Upon using the bathroom I went to wipe my hands on the towel hanging from the hook on the back of the door, it's always nice that motels use white towel...
