On the 19th we caught our first night bus which took 17hrs to Mendoza...the wine region. The bus was really good, reclining seats, 4 films (in English) and a meal. I don´t know what all the moaning is about, they may be slow but they´re really comfortable. When chatting with other travellers they´ve accused us of being FLASH PACKERS, as we have 3 internal flights.

The first afternoon here was spent on bikes checking out the wineries or bodegas. Very informative and i think Colin may have a taste for it! I don´t think they were to impressed as we necked the tasting wine, but we got our moneys worth. Although Colin seemed more interested in the concrete tanks! "You can take the boy out of Moores...."

Today we went white water rafting on the River Mendoza, which was our first time and thoroughly reccommended. Only Grade 2 rapids as it is spring over here and the Grade 4-5 are only in the summer. We only lost one crew over board....needless to say it was neither of us!
