Ah, wine on the terrace after a long hours of travel, lugging all of your belongings on your back- I packed so much why?- makes it all worth while doesn't it! Your descriptions of cities both physically and culturally is so articulate I feel I am there with you, enjoying the adventure. Thank you.

So, should none of us sign our art or is there just some art too grand to be claimed by any of us?
P.S. This is the second time I've been tested on 3+4 and I thought I got it right the last time. It's 7, isn't it?

Rebecca - Its great to hear from you again, and I am so glad that you are through, at least temporarily, with all the hassles and delays.
I really enjoyed your description of the city of Granada, and especially of the Alhambra. Your politics of inclusion and appreciation shines through, and is uplifting.

Ah. Train strikes, frustration, and getting sick. Up and back to awful bathrooms all night long. Brings back memories. Glorious travel...
Cinqueterre sounds incredible. I can't believe I've never been there, and now its moving toward the top of the list.
I love the difference in tone, style and perspective that comes from reading each of you. Your differences form a great complement.
Keep on truckin.

Hi, Rebecca and Scott! Venice is truly magical! You might check out the free English tour of San Marco at 11a.m., which bypasses the entrance lines and the ropes holding other tourists back. Enjoy!
