Hey nan and grandad, Alcatraz was amazing, it was rather cold compared to where we have been. Las Vegas was amazing and it was Hot Hot Hot. Me and Ben have just done a marathon around washington, we have seen everything though. its such a gorgeous city. i will speak to you soon loads of love x x x x x

Hey Aunty ann, thanks for my card, San fran is gorgeous. we are having a few issues with the bridge cus there is loads of protests about the olympics going on so we havent had chance to go on it. However we went pn a boat ride around the harbour and went under it, it was so exciting. im a lot better thanks but gem is still having a few issues. we are going back to the doctors when we get back just to check it out.
