Happy Birthday! Hopefully you got the card Samantha and I sent you?? We sent it like three weeks ago and thought that would be plenty of time but I know the mail took forever when we were in Italy sending stuff to the US and your Paris address is all weird looking so even though we probably addressed it correctly I'm all worried we didn't and so it's very scary. So let us know if you got it!
I'm not sure what I think of Berlin. I would go for an afternoon maybe. You should be more excited about the snow unless it's snowing like everyday over there, which I don't remember reading about. Snow is cold but very fun and awesome. I could go for some snow right about now. Samantha and I are ridiculously excited for winter and Christmas (we put up lights last night!) and snow would be most welcome.
Enjoy your last couple of weeks in Europe!
Kevin

Hurrah Thanksgiving!
We went to my cousin's house and had a smoked turkey, a fried turkey, (That were reeeeeeeeeally delicious) mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, smoked ham, stuffing, maple-glazed carrots, and asparagus with mushroom sauce, pickles and olives and gravy. And probably more that I'm forgetting. Zach ended up not coming which is a-okay.
Afterward, me and Zach went shopping at the Seattle Premium Outlets mindight sale (50% off of stuff!!!) and it took us until noon, thanks to all the lines. Then we stopped at Alderwood on the way home and bought s'more. Mostly we bought things for ourselves such as underwear, layering plain tshirts and socks and such - Things that we need and thought would be better to buy on sale from the Jockey outlet and such. But I did get a few presents for other people, including you, so no worries. And now I just woke up and it is 11pm, so I am practically on Paris time!
How was your Thanksgiving, anyway?
Kevin
Happy Thanksgiving! Did you forcefeed your host family tons of turkey yet?
Dad And Mom
Happy Thanksgiving Beth!
We miss you!
Enjoyed the Berlin update; have a great Paris weekend!

we've been waiting to hear about Berlin. What a fantastic job of sharing the details and your reaction! Keep up, keeping us informed. We look forward to each update and appreciate it very much.
Mom
I think most of you should hold your bday presents until after Beth gets home...we had given her gifts to her prior to her departure, but in the spirit of missing her I decided to send a few items, and my very lightweight box cost $50 to mail! Plus the customs form made me list the contents on the outside, so Beth don't read that form when you get the box!!
Looking forward to hearing from you when you return from Berlin...hope it stopped snowing and you warmed up!
Love, Mom xxoo

Hi Beth: I really enjoy reading about all your adventures. Can't wait to hear all about your trip to Berlin. We - your Grandfather and I- were very pleased with the tour we had there. Guess you'll be due a belated Thanksgiving dinner when you get home!
Kevin
Oops, I misread what Lindsay said. I am trying to send mail, but I stuipdly tried to time it to arrive exactly on your Birthday but then found out that mail over 13oz can't be put in the blue box and I didn't get to a post office on time. Bah.
Lindsay
But for the record, I would have shipped something if your birthday was like October 15th and there was more of a buffer zone. But since it's so close to your departure date, I guess you'll just hafta be patient.
