Yesterday was amazing. We went on a day tour to Phi Phi Island We set off from the Rassada Port, which is where the boat leaves from @ Phuket. It took an hour and a half boat ride (we were on the slow boat) to Phi Phi Don, which is the bigger of the two islands on Phi Phi. We were then transferred to another boat to snorkel at Maya Bay which is where they filmed "The Beach" with Leonardo Di Caprio. The water was crystal clear, it was amazing, lots and lots ...

Yesterday we had a lazy day, around the resort. We had a few beers/cocktails @ happy hour, at the local bar/cafe, then we headed back to the pool. The weather here is very humid with afternoon thunderstorms. Today we went into Phuket town, and looked around there for 4hrs pretty good shopping, i came back with two pairs of sandals for $8.50!! what a bargin!! Not much else to report today, will be inquiring about scuba diving for Ben and the island tours for...

We had a pretty full on day the day after we arrived in Bangkok. We went on a Tuk Tuk that took us all around diferent places for about 3hours.. of course we had to get a couple of tuk tuk's to fit us all in!!! It was a sepcial day in Bangkok, as it was the end of the New Year, and a few of the sacred temple's were only open on that day for foreign tourists, it was just amazing, the detail of the Buddha. Some of the buddha's were made out of 60% gold. ...

We arrived in Bangkok airport at 9:20pm, it was a long flight, and the plane wasn't too bad. We got out of the airport, and it was absolutley disgusting!!!! The heat and the noise was just incredible, the humidity here is pretty similar to Brisbane. We had to jump into a couple of taxi's to go to our hostel As there were a few of us!! We didn't however have a map or where we were going, as the other taxi driver in front of us had it. We of course lost them!...
