After a non-traditional Lao dinner of...wait for it....pizza at the Swedish bakery, we decided to try out a bite at this street vendor's cart we had passed a few times. He fries up this crepe in way too much shortening on a griddle, throws in some banana, folds it over, tops it with sweetened condensed milk and sugar, and throws it piping hot into a plastic bag with two large wooden skewers to grab the goodness. Gooey and good.
