We stopped into the Park Hyatt near the Harbor Bridge, and Bev introduced herself to the head concierge. He received her warmly, gave us a tour of the hotel and some of its most extravagant suites, and left us with a complimentary coffee and cake boat tour of the harbor. How nice is that?
