Matt and Bethany in Europe

Prague's Clock Tower
If your European city doesn't have one, it's not in the club. I happen to like the little show this one does. On the hour, a skeleton starts ringing a bell and nodding his head, as to say the bell tolls for everyone. The other figures, symbols of sin, greed, vanity, and the"infidel," which is represented by a Turk, shake their heads no as if to ward off death. 12 apostles circle above them. The clock itself has a ton of information on it, from the position of the sun to graphic images of what is going on in agriculture at the particular time of year.
