This was the historical location of Germany's government. It is now somewhat spread out amongst several buildings. When Hitler was chancellor, a mysterious fire was started here that Hitler attributed to his political opponents. This was enough to persuade the kaiser to give him dictatorial powers. Thus, Hitler's dictatorship was legal when it started.
