Oh your poor legs! I do hope by now they are getting better. I hope that the later pictures of you, looking quite chirpy, show that that is the case. We are looking forward to your next blog telling us all about your latest escapades. Keep extra safe as your journey comes to its end.
Much love

Hi Beth,
Great trip - I have enjoyed reading your blog. I am also delighted to have your completed Gold Book - you need to fill out a form!!!!
If you have the inclination - theaward.org - go to Award Officers then to Library and resourses then downloads and you will find the Gold form that is required. You can fill it in on line and email it to me.
Personally, If I was you, i couldn't be arsed, but if you do I will process your book - if not - it wont be long until you are home and we can sort it out then.
Have a great time - assess the risk - then go for it.

Looked at the weather forecast for your river trip, not good! Hope you survived the thunder storms and humidity. My geography knowledge is improving by the day as I follow your journey. It is all so exciting! Stay safe and take care

What does evocative mean?
There are some great pictures on here, looks like and sounds from your journal that you are really enjoying the Asian backpacking leg. Still well jealous if not a bit evocative?
In my experience motorbikes are often quite dangerous , best leave them to the experts.

Love your writing, so evocative. I recognise some of the feelings like when you were on the train and the trek from when we were in Thailand. Its great that you take the time to include us, it means a lot. Thanks.xxx

Your train journey would have completely freaked me out. I worry about getting off at the right stop here in the UK! And that's on a bus! Love reading all about your adventures, keep them coming. The elephant ride looked amazing. Stay lucky and take care
