Loved the video of Jen building the snowman. There's a job when you come home....the new David Attenborough!
Good news about the job, Penny was saying you were down to the last crumbs in the seats of Brian to live on. I am hoping you enjoy their visit. They were both in great form when we dropped them at the airport, even Derek looked excited.
Ali home this weekend for a visit from Vienna. So lovely to see him and I am getting lots of cuddles. Can't believe where this year has gone, Ali's already done 5 months of his year away.Katie in her love nest with Tom and I have never heard her so happy so i'm afraid the trip to NZ is definitely off!
Keep well and keep blogging! x

Hey Ben!
Great blogs. Loving reading about the adventures. They really play such a big part in the travels don't they?
I was laughing to myself the other day (well... there was no one else around me!!!) when for some unknown reason I thought of the two guys with the same nose!!!! lol (<--- there i go again!).
And then... this came into my head:
"I need someone who understands, I need someone who understands, I need someone who understands, I need someone who understands"

It is totally up to you if you want a tattoo - as you say you are old enough to make decisions. It looks pretty impressive - I presume it is a Maori symbol. Have you managed to get any work? Looking forward to seeing you soon. Send me an email and let me know where you are. Lots of love mum xxx
26 And Old Enough To Make Large Decisions For Myself.

I'm glad you're amused Auntie :) no it doesn't hurt now and is healing nicely, (bepanthen twice a day!) if the van doesn't kill us it will be in my heart forever it has bought us so far.

My word, your mother took that well!!?
As usual, giggling through most of the latest blog, that van will live in the rowsell journal of funnies for years. Glad to hear you are still having a ball and the photos are AMAZING! Hope the tat is not too painful and doesn't get infected :)
Your Long Suffering Mother
You ha ve obviously come into some money if you can afford a tattoo. Pick up your jacket while you are in Queenstown. Speak soon xx

Hey Ben,
This is what we've been waiting for! Glad to hear you're now cruising NZ. Sounds like you're getting well and truly into the tribulations and wonders of backpacking. Good work. Looking forward already to the next installment. Good old BBH! They'll never ever let you down!
Update from home: Sam and I have just moved into our new house! We've been waiting 4 months for the sale to complete and finally we're in and very happy! (although being back in NZ is sounding very tempting!!)
