I know we have all transfered to the world of facebook but didn't want to neglect here. Showed Nan the pictures of you riding which then launched into a big story about how we used to ride and you loved it but I never really like it as much especially after my "nasty fall." Nan really was the only one to ever give me sympathy!
Packing stuff for move to back to London and start of school. Went to school yesterday and got that feeling of dread!
Not long now till NZ and Mum... bet your excited! Know she is. Mum and I off out tonight for a pasta and wine special at theWhite Horse. Remember when you, Laura and I went in there and we were the only ones making any noise....! Anyway, love you lots, love to Tom too xxxx

Wow. The latest blog and photos are amazing. Looks like the sort or holiday I would enjoy - not backpacking misery!!!
Yes, as you know the two "Mums" finally met on Friday night. We discussed our "little darlings" over a bottle of wine in the Sofa Bar but soon got bored with that and moved on to some action at The Warwick! Kaz was asked to do some break dancing with a rather handsome lad - probably sligtly younger than you Tom but she declined! I was most disappointed. Later she decided to pick a friendly fight with a much older and definitely not so handsome man outside (who came from Woodingdean!) ... Loads to drink, chips on the way home - may even meet again!!!!!
Gill, Ann and Corinne came for bbq yesterday. They are the best cousins ever and saved me from Katherine being so grumpy!!! (private joke). I laughed so much, it hurt. Gill may be having second thoughts about coming to NZ with a physo tho but booked a car (big enough for your back pack Tor) and booked flight back from Christchurch to Auckland. Can't beleive I will be seeing you both soon. Am so excited. Loads of love as always.
Kaz
Great to get a blog before i go. Help...i'm being told off for playing on the PC when there's still packing to do. I blame it all on Mrs B...i'll leave it for her to explain our 'quite' night out!
Oodles of love to you both Xxxx
Andrea
Hi Victoria

Hi you two,
Two more days before we escape the wind and rain for sunnier climes. Hair and nails done in preparation...far more important than organising Jake's jabs! I suddenly realised yesterday that he needs his vacs, after much panic and many phone calls i was told it was too late to get them done as they wouldn't protect him now. So it's fingers crossed that he doesn't get hep a, b, yellow (not his best colour) fever or typhoid!
It's the meeting of the Mummies tomorrow night...be afraid, very affraid! i just hope your ears don't burn too much. Relax, i'm driving so at least it will be a sober meet.
This will be my last message for a while.I might be able to drag myself away from pool and diving instructor to use the internet suite at the hotel just to check on you. Providing the girls don't trade me in for a few manky camels i'll be back on the 9th.
Take care of each other while i'm gone.
All my love XXXXXXXX

Hey!
I'm very jealous of you two soaking up the sun in Fiji as I stare out the window on this rainy windy morning!!
Hope you are still having an amazing time! Not long until you meet up with your mum and Gillian I bet you're looking forward to that? Jacqs is meeting my parents in Auckland today as she happens to be there on business and then they'll meet up again in Christchurch later on in September! Jacqs says that you have been in contact and she's looking forward to seeing you soon! I am even more jealous now that most of my family are getting to see my best mate and I haven't seen her since last year!! You must give her an extra special hug from me!
Life here is busy still. George came to stay on his holidays for nearly 2 weeks - it was such fun! He is gorgeous! We spent the day with your mum at the Ashington Village Day on Saturday which was great fun and we managed to avoid the rain!
John and I are off to Canada next Thursday for James and Jill's wedding and then a 2 week holiday - we're really looking forward to it! The new house is still great...we're starting workon the conseravatory in September and having all fitted bedroom furniture put in to the bedrooms. John finally got his home entertainment system so we are now the proud owners of a wall mounted plasma screen! Boys and their toys!!! I'm looking forward to having you to stay when you return from your big adventure!
Right I must go and do the ironing...what an exciting life!!
Take care and lots of love

Hi you two, thought i had better leave a message here to show my loyalty. Miss you loads, glad you are finally getting some sun. Lack of funds, come on surely between you, you can think of a money making scheme. Have you never seen 'The Real Hustle'!!!
Kaz
I think...but not sure that anguis is your Grandad. Yes, I fell down due to huge alcohol consumption... no point trying to explain the truth as nobody believes me and I prefer the alcohol version...makes me appear a bit edgy!
On a sad note...I know, I know!, my cousin Chris died,...begining to worry about the number of deaths i'm logging here...3 to date! It's really hard to take when it's someone you share DNA with.
Spent the weekend training my liver for the holiday. Two weeks in Egypt (sorry i thought you knew). We leave...that's me, Pat, Chris and the boys early Sunday morning, all inclusive and recommended by Trip advisor. Jake wants to see the pyramids...i said, Carley has pictures and i didn't pay for her to go on a school cruise for nothing... Surfice to say we will not be doing anything cultural. Love you two lots. XXXX

Ok everyone including Victoria and Tom, where are you?! I know it is the holiday season and in GB it has been the worst summer in 300 years but is that an excuse not to write on this website?!
Depsite lack of blog from Fiji I know Victoria and Tom are having a great time. Lack of funds is stopping them eating and using the internet cafes but they are alive and well.
I had a good weekend. Ashington festival good fund with my "great" nephew - I know I don't look old enough - until it rained. Brilliant day in London Sunday with good friend Dominique, lunch in Covent Garden way to go! Hope to get photos of white sandy beaches soon, please Tom! Love to you both. x

Tom. I wonder if you can guess why Mummy fell down.

Hi Chaps
I'm so pleased you have found some sunshine but Tom please put sun cream on...that no.1 on your nose was never a good look!
Talking of noses i have some sympathy wih Gill..I had a fall too(obviously an age thing) and landed on my nose...again! It's not a pretty sight, Carley wanted me to go to hospital but i couldn't sit down A&E on a Sunday morning with all the alkies( I have standards), anyway i had a party to organise. So imagine Mum with what looks like carpet burns (i wish) on the nose...fetching!
The party for Jake's Birthday was a great success. The boys left around midnight, embarrased by the oldies who partied on till 3ish. How i miss those chats we used to have at 4 in the morning!
Loved your latest blog, you do make me laugh, which makes the nose hurt lots...
