Thanks for all the bday messages guys. I celebrated it this year by doing some circus training which involved some very athletic trapeeze moves as you do. Luckily my athletic physique held allowed me to perform to an olympic standard. Could i also thank everyone for the general abuse directed towards my hairline after a braiding (merely an illusion due to the lighting) and my surfing antics. Hope you are all looking forward to crimbo im having lots of difficulty selecting which beach to barbie on and also which one has enough shade to keep my beer cool, i imagine similar problems back in blighty. ta ta

Hello Luke and El!!!! Very slight tan which is about all I can expect really! The sitting down technique is the way forward I think. I had another go yesterday and didn't get past that stage. But I WILL become a pro by the end of this trip! Miss you two Steph xxxx

Happy Birthday Dave! I'm sure you won't possibly be able to have as much fun out there on your birthday as I can have here in all the lovely rain and wind...yeah!...wish I was there!!!!! Happy Birthday on Friday Dave. Liked the surfing photographs, but anyone can see that they are painted rocks that you stand and pose on while somebody takes your photograph.......nice try
