12th September. This morning we enjoyed a luxurious Tigh na mara lie in! We woke naturally st around 8.30 and indulged in more jacuzzi baths and then used our little kitchen to cook up s mega breakfast of eggs, bacon, banana pancakes and maple syrup. Marvellous. 9/9/16 After a comfortable night in Rebecca and Hamish's spare bedroom, we woke early, ready to continue the carpentry work on the van and to wave Rebecca and Spruce off to work at 7.30. 8/9/16 A long day's driving today as we set off for Chilliwack, heading south in Highway 1, the Transcanadian highway. Not much to say except that the sun shine, the mountain scenery was spectacular and we stopped for a break on the way and saw an amazing little bird called a Water Ousel or American Dipper. Today started well, and finished even better!
