Almost everything is served with rice AND potatoes, mainly sweet ones in Peru. And usually with corn too. It is hard to be suprised by that as Peru has got 200 variates of potatoes and 300 of corn. This picture was taken in a health shop high up from the Cusco main square where when climbing you start breathing heavily before reaching the statue of Cristo Blanco.
