Hi Em,
it is 10pm Sat night , Mum is at work Kate at the pictures. I have been busy getting the last few jobs done before I go into hospital. I am very sure that all will be fine and I will be much better afterwards. I am staying home off work until approx Easter.
It has been like Autum at the moment cool and mild with a few showers. Footy is just around the corner and the cricket season is finishing up.
The Indian cricket team has done well against Australia so have Zimbabwe although they have not won a match.
It is great to see the contacts on your site. You are having a life shaping experience overseas, it is great and a testament to your determination and dedication by you being there.

We had a storm here over night and Corey's work flooded...their whole basement car park was full to the roof with water...14 cars were stuck down there and were floating upside down.
Ahhhh...sunny Melbourne! At least they didn't have to send a boat down the freeway again to rescue people stranded on their car roofs. No...i'm not kidding!

Hi Emma, we have finally gotten around to checking out your website and it is very cool. Sorry to hear you have no money! You probably won't even get to read this for a while!!! Hope you can sort out your bank debacle - pity the bills you need have to be from the UK, I've got a few here that I would be more than happy to get rid of!!! Our school holidays are almost finished - Bailey is back at kindi on the 3rd Feb (yay). We got back from 2wks in Carrickalinga on Sat 24/1 -it was wonderful. Rode bikes a lot (saw the Tour Down Under whiz past - that could have been you Emma!!) and went to the beach lots, flew kites, at bakery food and slept! I often think how lucky we are to live in such a fabulous country that is safe and so beautiful - but it is still exciting to stay and play in exotic locations! Sounds like you are having a fab time though. We hear lots of news from your Mum & Dad, so we are fairly up to date. I hear you have a pair of jeans in transit at the moment!! Hey EJ. Just had 25th Anniversary Brekky with your oldies mob. Wendy & Duncan are off to the one day cricket - I think they are having a good weekend. Wendy is watching the R rated in- house movies as her part of the dirty weekend..........altough SHE says only watching the free 4 second previews. Yeah, sure.
Brekky was V. nice - it only took us [Jane & Mike + neil & Robby + Rick & Sarni + Denys & Michelle + Jane Nott] 3.5 hours to eat & tell lies to each other. Your olds look well - although the oldset old is greyer!!
Tom has got into marketing at Uni SA; the girls do not go back to Saints Girls until the 3rd Feb, the day after Dunc's op. Sarni is back at parafield Gardens high School, but has applied for a similar job at Pembroke. I'm off to Sydney for 4 days for a work meeting. C Ya. Rick & the Moories

It is now over two weeks since anyone left a message so I thought I'd put my speculations down.

!. You are so busy and tired that you can't get out to an internet cafe. I'm supposing that you don't have your own laptop! Or is that why you can't afford Africa yet?
2 You have been over run by lots of friends who take up every available minute of you time.
3. You've become so anglophile you don't think of your Aussie rellies or friwnds anymore. Oh! of course they;re all over there anyway are'nt they. Just Mum and Dad get personal emails.
4 Wrong on all counts but I won't know until you tell me.

Hi, simos came and visited me today on their way back from Norway. Was good to see them all again. I loaded them up with things to take home, so expect, yet again postcards sent from Adelaide. Not long now til Tanya and Vita get here, im so excited! Lindsay and Ben were also here this week. So many visiters, but i think after March, it will be a big drought. I also got in touch with Deanna, she is working in London, so that's cool. Happy birthday Dad, Bel, Cara and Tom! Ok I have to go and find out which pub is going to show the cricket! Hi Em, this is a cool idea!!!! Now we can all keep an eye on you and keep up with all your fun adventures. The photos are great. Your pub looks cool. Make sure you keep updating the site. Well, I have no interesting news. I have had a wonderful, fun, relaxing time away in Beachport and Millicent for Christmas, Amy's wedding and New year. Its amazing how quick you can get unrelaxed though!!!! I went back to work today and was ready to come home again by 10:30.
