I was very worrid specially as we haven't heard from your mum in a while! anyway glad to hear your well! Glad to say i haven't done any ironing and refuse. Non-stop cleaning up after all if them though mind you i can't complain adam does all the cooking! iv cooked twice! So howz col? Me again, sal talk to me keep looking on the site to see if youve posted a messsage to me PERSONALLY but no luck. Hope your getting a nice tan, i need a good holiday. by the way i had another funny turn the other day this time it was abit scary but the ambulance pulled thier finger out this time and got to me in 3 minutes so it wasn't too traumatic. luckily there wasa a lady in the bus station that helped me. She kinda resembled golum off the lord of the rings which made the whole experience alot more enjoyable then i met scary mary in A and E in the hospital. they've given me an epi pen now in case it happens again so now ive gotta carry that around with me 24-7 which is a giant pain in the a**. But don't panic ash your lickle sis is o.k know you will be worried about me. NOT.  Hope you are o.k and ashley isn't being too much of a sloppy pig. i hope you haven't been forced to do his ironing sal.

Hi how you doing ?  Hope will update this regulary so as to keep all your friends and familys back home informed as to what's going on over there, still looking for some more photo's, what happened with the golf? was the club's the right size for Sall,  still Iv'e had time to look at your new off-break action shot I think there are some improvements you could make 1)  look where your bowling 2) stop talking to the umpire 3) left arm looks a bit limp 4) be vary carefull where your feet land as  I am not to sure about those new fagled round  south african bowling creases.

Hi everyone sorry we haven't been in touch we haven't been able to get on the interenet! Anyway Chris hope your job is going well!!!! We haven't really got alot to report! We went to a cricket game on Sunday the Cape Cobras vs the Dolphins and as the Cape Cobras won I get to go watch them again on Friday!!! We should be going to play golf tommorrow ash is borrowing some clubs off ucle Wally from the cricket clubs and I'm borrowing his sons!!! Asw seems to think they will be the perfect size for me! I am desperate to go climb the mountain and get a cable cart but we still can't go as we haven't got a car and don't trust the S**T mobil! Anyway speak soon Sal xxx
